DiviNationKit is free software. Here’s what you may do with it.
The plugin: GPL, version 2 or later
The DiviNationKit plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2, or (at your option) any later version, the same license as WordPress. That means you may:
- use it on as many websites as you like, your own and your clients’;
- read and change its code;
- share it, changed or not, as long as what you share is under the same license.
It comes without any warranty, as the license explains. The source code is on GitHub, and the plugin is on WordPress.org.
Open-source code inside the plugin
The plugin includes these projects, all under the MIT license:
- Slick, for the Logo Slider and Testimonial Slider carousels
- PhotoSwipe, for the Masonry Gallery lightbox
- Tabler Icons, for the module icons
- Hover.css, for the hover effects, adapted
The plugin’s CREDITS.txt file lists them with their license links.
The DiviNationKit name and logo
The GPL covers the code, not the name or the logo. You’re welcome to say that your site uses DiviNationKit, or to write about it. Please don’t use the name or logo in a way that suggests your product is ours or that we endorse it.
Divi
Divi is a trademark of Elegant Themes. DiviNationKit is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Elegant Themes. You need the Divi or Extra theme, or the Divi Builder plugin, to use it.
